ARENA RULES AND REMINDERS
We have had many new club members join us recently so I was asked to post several of the most important of the safety rules. You can also get a copy of all the arena rules from a board member.

  •  All Jr. riders under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign the release form prior to entering the arena. Yes, this means you might not get to ride until next week when your parent can come and show ID to verify guardianship.
  • Helmets are recommended
  • NO running in the parking lot
  • Be ready and waiting near the gate for  your run
  • Please keep the gate area clear for incoming and outgoing riders
  • No racing back to the gate after "Settlers Please Exit" is announced
  • No Smoking or Alcohol on school grounds

The following are some general rules:

  • You must have your whole team present to sign up
  • Sign-ups are from 6:45 to 7:15, if you are late to the event than you will miss the first run and your team will be added to the remainder of the event. Please be courteous to the members who are doing the sign -ups, They are volunteers too.
  • We cannot start the night without a volunteer to work the gate

At the end of the night there are several things that need to be taken care of before we can leave.

  • Trash cans need to be emptied
  • Cattle need to be unnumbered and fed
  • Far parking lot needs to be locked

PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP.
We always need someone to time-keep and announce, sell 50/50 tickets, work the gate, number cattle with Tracy

This is an ALL VOLUNTEER club and it takes everyone to pitch in to make is work.
